LinkGPT vs Ryze AI: Pricing, Features and Which to Choose
LinkGPT is $49 a month and Ryze AI's SEO plan is $129. How they compare on AI search, backlinks, Claude and ChatGPT, and which one to pick.

Quick answer
LinkGPT and Ryze AI both connect to Google Search Console, rank what to fix and track what AI says about you. LinkGPT is $49 a month and does more to get you into AI answers: it adds a public AI Profile with a DR 42+ backlink, outreach to the AI engines themselves, and your AI visibility, keywords and fixes inside Claude, ChatGPT and Muse. Ryze AI's SEO plan is $129 a month and centers on generating pages for your site in bulk. For most founders and small brands, LinkGPT is the better pick.
If you're looking at Ryze AI, you probably want what I built LinkGPT for: to come up when people ask ChatGPT who to buy from, and to rank on Google, without paying an agency.
Most Ryze AI reviews you'll find are about its ads product. This one covers the SEO side, Ryze's SEO Starter plan, next to LinkGPT.
I run LinkGPT, so you know which side I'm on. That's why every Ryze price and feature below comes from Ryze's own website, checked in November 2026, with links at the end.
How is LinkGPT different from Ryze AI?
Ryze AI sells AI for both ads and SEO, as separate plans. Its SEO plans connect to Search Console and your website, audit the site, generate pages and make fixes once you approve them.1,2
LinkGPT does one job: getting your business found on Google and named in AI answers. You connect your website and Search Console once. From then on, LinkGPT tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok answer your buyers' questions, publishes an AI Profile those engines can read, reaches out to them and ranks what to fix next. You can ask about any of it in Claude, ChatGPT or Muse, and your assistant can make the fixes, on your own site too.

How much do LinkGPT and Ryze AI cost?
LinkGPT has one plan with everything in it: $49 a month, or $490 a year, which is about $41 a month. There's a 3-day free trial, and nothing is held back for a higher tier. Agencies and teams with several brands can ask for a custom plan. Details are on the pricing page.
Ryze AI's SEO Starter is $129 a month, also with a 3-day free trial. Paying yearly takes 30% off the first year, which makes it $1,083.60, and then it's $1,548 a year. Backlinks, guest posts and PR placements come with Ryze's Traffic Printer plan, at $599 a month.1

The two prices also buy different things. Ryze's $129 includes about 90 generated pages a month.1 LinkGPT's $49 includes your AI Profile, the backlink and outreach to AI engines. Ryze keeps backlinks for its $599 plan, and none of its plans include the other two.
What does LinkGPT do that Ryze AI doesn't?
It publishes an AI Profile that AI engines can read
LinkGPT builds a public page about your business from what you already publish: your website, posts, videos and social channels. It carries Schema.org structured data and an llms.txt file, so AI engines can read it reliably. It links back to your site from linkgpt.app, a DR 42+ domain. And it updates itself as you publish more.
You can change it by asking Claude or ChatGPT, and undo any change. Ryze works on your own site instead, adding schema and an llms.txt there.3 LinkGPT's Action Center covers your own site too, from AI crawler access in robots.txt to your structured data, and your AI assistant can make those changes for you. The AI Profile is a second source about you on top of that, and you don't have to build it.
It reaches out to the AI engines
AI visibility has two inputs: what's published about you, and how often you come up. The AI Profile covers the first. Outreach covers the second.
LinkGPT's agents ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok the kind of questions your buyers ask, then click through to the pages they cite, the way a customer would. It's part of the plan and runs without you doing anything. Here's how automated AI outreach works, with a video of an agent doing it.
It brings your whole search picture into Claude, ChatGPT and Muse
Ryze has a connector for Claude and ChatGPT too, and on the SEO side it reads Search Console.4 LinkGPT reads Search Console as well, then adds what Search Console can't show you: how AI answers questions about you, who it names instead, keyword research from live Google data and your ranked fixes. So you can ask things like:
Prompt to copy
Which of my buyers' questions does ChatGPT answer without naming us? Who does it name instead, and what should I fix first?
Your assistant answers from your real numbers, and can update your AI Profile in the same chat when you ask. LinkGPT works on every Claude plan, including Free.5 Setup takes a few minutes: here's how to connect Search Console to Claude or ChatGPT.
When is Ryze AI the better fit?
Ryze makes sense in two cases:
- You want pages written in bulk. SEO Starter generates about 90 pages a month and publishes them to your site.2
- You want ads run too. Ryze also manages Google, Meta and other ad accounts.1
If you go the volume route, with Ryze or any other tool, read Google's spam policy on scaled content first. It covers many pages generated mainly to rank rather than to help people, however they're made.6
How does LinkGPT handle content?
LinkGPT doesn't mass-produce pages. It finds the ones worth your time: pages stuck on page 2 of Google, searches you could win and questions where AI names a competitor instead of you. Your assistant writes those with your real data, on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have.
That keeps the effort on pages that can rank and get cited. It's also part of why LinkGPT is $49 a month: your assistant does the writing, on a plan you already pay for.
Which should you choose?
Choose LinkGPT if you want ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok to recommend you, and Google to rank you, without agency prices. It's built for founders, creators, experts, agencies and online stores, and it fits best if you already use Claude or ChatGPT. See who LinkGPT is for.
Ryze AI may suit you if you want a high volume of AI-written pages published to your site every month, or you already use Ryze for ads.
The quickest way to decide is with your own numbers. Connect your site to LinkGPT, and about 5 minutes later you'll see who AI recommends for your buyers' questions, and whether you're one of them.
Frequently asked questions
Is LinkGPT cheaper than Ryze AI?
Yes. LinkGPT is $49 a month, or $490 a year. Ryze AI's SEO Starter is $129 a month, or $1,083.60 for the first year if you pay yearly and $1,548 a year after that. LinkGPT's one plan also includes a backlink, which Ryze keeps for its $599-a-month plan.
Does Ryze AI have an MCP for Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Ryze's hosted connector reads Search Console, along with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4 and Shopify. LinkGPT's MCP reads Search Console too, and adds how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok answer about you, keyword research from live Google data and your ranked fixes. It can also update your AI Profile when you ask, with an undo.
Is Ryze AI an SEO tool or an ads tool?
Both. Ryze sells ad management for Google, Meta and other platforms, and SEO as separate plans. LinkGPT doesn't run ads. It's built to get you found on Google and recommended in AI answers.
Does LinkGPT write blog posts?
Not in bulk. It shows your assistant which pages and questions are worth the effort, with the search data behind each one, and your assistant writes them on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.
Can LinkGPT edit my website?
Yes, through your AI assistant. LinkGPT gives it the exact change, and if it has access to your site, it makes the change for you. On what LinkGPT publishes for you (your AI Profile, its Q&As, structured data and llms.txt), LinkGPT makes the change itself, pings search engines straight away and lets you undo it.
Which AI engines does LinkGPT track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok. For Google, it can also show the AI Overview for a search, when Google shows one, and the sites it cites.
